# Helix Social

Helix connects your community's **X/Twitter presence with your Discord server**, turning likes, retweets, replies, and follows into points your members can earn, track on a leaderboard, and spend in a fully featured shop, auction house, and raffle system.

## What Helix Does

* **Auto tweet tracking** - Helix monitors your tracked X/Twitter accounts and automatically forwards new tweets into your Discord server, complete with the interactions members must complete to earn points.
* **Engagement points** - Members link their X/Twitter account once and earn points for liking, replying, retweeting, and following. Points can also be earned through daily claims, reacting to announcements, and attending events.
* **Live leaderboard** - A persistent, auto-updating leaderboard keeps the competition visible and your community motivated.
* **Shop, auctions & raffles** - Give points real value: sell roles and perks in the shop, auction limited items to the highest bidders, or run ticket-based raffles.
* **Subscription awareness** - Helix keeps server admins informed with reminders in the log channel and via DM before a plan or trial expires, so the engagement loop never silently stops.

## The Engagement Loop

1. You post on X/Twitter.
2. Helix forwards the tweet to your Discord server and pings your community.
3. Members engage on X/Twitter - like, reply, retweet, follow.
4. Helix verifies the interactions and awards points.
5. Members climb the leaderboard and spend points in your shop, auctions, and raffles.
6. More engagement on your posts drives more reach - and the loop repeats.
